How we create happy customers one home at a time!


Call or Email for an Appointment – We schedule a convenient visit to your home to show you a wide range of styles, colors and grades for each product. We take the time to help you find the right fit for your home. With so many available choices it’s important to have all decision-makers present and eliminate the need to repeat the estimate process.

Your Free Estimate – We generate our estimate while at your home.  This gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and discuss options while we are there in person.

Getting Started – For windows & doors we will schedule a technical team to return for exact and final measurements. If the work is outside (roofing, siding, gutters or insulation) we won’t need this step. If financing is involved, we will work with you to get the necessary documents approved within a few days.

Planning Your Work – We will be in touch by email and phone to schedule your work. We’ll discuss the schedule required for your work, and the lead timer required to order your materials.  Some products are custom built to order, and they may require more time for production.  As soon as your materials are available, we will schedule your installation.

Your Satisfaction is Paramount – No project is complete until you are happy. Period.  When the job is completed, and the crew goes home, we still don’t say “goodbye.”  We are available to our customer for inquiries, services, and follow-up whenever the need arises.  Every customer is a customer for life.
