Warranty & Service Inquiry
Inquiries are logged as they are received to ensure prompt service and tracking by our Service Team. Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing of claims and scheduling of service. This time frame may vary if materials and replacement parts need to be ordered to complete your service. An HCR representative will be in touch with you within 3 business days to discuss your project. Non-Warranty Service Fees
Any service or warranty call that is not related a workmanship or product defect will incur a charge of $195.00. If the service in question is suspected to be a non-warranty request, a credit card might be required to schedule the appointment, but no charge will be billed if we determine the work is covered under warranty.
