As relatively new home owners in the area, we quickly realized cheaper is not always better, especially when it came to investing in our home. Homefix provided us with many options regarding window replacement and frame repair, as we were initially concerned about potential damage due to a leak. Our anxiety was put to rest with examples being given on the experience of the installers and their training pertaining such issues. We look forward to working with Homefix in the future regarding the installment of our remaining windows! read less

As new home owners, we have been putting it off because really, where does one start? While shopping in BJ’s, KB must have had a gut feeling- because she sensed “help us” written alllll over my face. After going through the whole process and quotes- I realized I was no longer stressed, but looking forward to some new windows !!!! Who is everrr excited to spend money ? I can say, I am ! For once in my life hahah. We cannot wait for these repairs and most importantly we want to give a shout out to the amazing KB for making the process not only stress free, but affordable and something to look forward to. Homefix was the most attentive of all the contractors and willing to help us with our insurance clams and make sure we are receiving the amount needed to make our home whole again. We have a new roof, siding, shutters, new windows and other additional work that HCR so was needed. The team was professional, punctual, thoughtful(they waited outside in their trucks until we said they could start working), great craftmanship and the follow up has been top notch. I highly recommend Homefix for your next project! I'm very pleased with the quality of customer service and product that I received from HCR. I can't say enough good things about this company and the rep that helped us. Tawny was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and helped me better understand the window installation/wrapping processes. She worked with us to help get a price that we could live with and I couldn't be more thankful because I love my new X5 windows! They were just installed a couple of months ago and so far have helped our heating/cooling costs tremendously! The installation was quick and easy, the crew was respectful, and now I don't have to worry about throwing my money out of drafty windows. We will definitely be using this company again for future renovation projects, and will be requesting Tawny. read less
