Adam came to Homefix Custom Remodeling in 2005 after completing five years on Capitol Hill with the House Committee on Science, Subcommittee on Environment Technology and Standards. He graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2001 with a Degree in Economics with a Concentration in Environmental Policy. Adam started at HCR in the sales department. He quickly rose through the organization and served as the Manager of HCR’s operations in New Jersey and then Virginia where he developed and honed his business philosophy: focus on customer service and satisfaction as the foundation for growth.
Adding to that, Adam seeks state of art technologies for the products and services we represent, and hires only the most highly trained installers. The combination of these principles have proven to be a sound basis for the astounding growth the company has seen in recent years. Under his leadership, the numbers of loyal and satisfied clients have grown steadily. In 2014, he was named the CEO of HCR to unify the company under this ideology, ensuring that HCR remains a customer service company first and foremost.
Adam has lived in Annapolis his entire life with his wife Courtney and three children Jacob, Wyatt, and Coco. He also currently sits on the Board of Trustees for St. James High School in Hagerstown, MD.
