UPDATE: While Homefix Custom Remodeling anticipates most projects to be completed on schedule, we have recently been informed by some of our manufacturers that material and wood shortages could cause a delay of up to 2 to 4 weeks on some projects currently in production. We will be reaching out to those affected customers as we receive further updates from our manufacturers. 

 

Homefix Custom Remodeling Corp. (“HCR”) is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for both customers and employees. Together with all Americans, we are monitoring the fast-changing developments of the COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus) and are actively following the guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control (“CDC”), World Health Organization (“WHO”), and other leading government and health authorities.

 

As of today, HCR’s operations are continuing without interruption, including honoring all scheduled in-home consultations. During in-home consultations, HCR representatives will adhere to recognized COVID-19 safety protocols, including avoiding handshakes, maintaining social distance, and frequently washing and sanitizing hands. HCR has instructed employees to stay home if they feel sick or have been exposed to others with flu-like symptoms. 

 

Many of our operational staff members have transitioned to telework, with only key personnel remaining in our offices. For projects currently in production, we expect most installations to be completed on schedule. HCR installers have been instructed to adhere to recognized disease prevention measures. We are remaining vigilant, including issuing masks and gloves to installers as they become available and where usage is appropriate. 

 

We know that many of you have a scheduled Consultation, Service Date, or Installation in the near future. As of present, HCR intends to honor all previously scheduled commitments.
