Ryan joined HCR with over ten years of customer-oriented sales experience. Ryan’s philosophy on sales begins and ends with customer satisfaction. That approach led to his award as Homefix Salesman of the Year his first year with the company. Repeat customers, as well as referrals from satisfied clients, have been keystones to Ryan’s success. His focus on seeing customers from the point of sale through the installation process mirrors the company’s belief in consistently providing quality products and superior customer service. Ryan quickly advanced from the sales department to upper level management where he concentrates on training and the development of HCR’s sales team. A graduate of George Mason University, Ryan has two sons and lives in Herndon, Virginia.
