“I had not been expecting to have the roof done although I was concerned about it making it through the winter. I was not given a hard sale, and was not pressured into making the purchase. They did offer an incentive to do it quicker but did not pressure me to do it right away. Both my sister and I had excellent experiences with this company. It was not the cheapest option, but it is an excellent value and I am not worried about roof. “I’ve researched window replacement companies for a year, I even spoken to chain hardware stores because my windows were the originals from when the house was built in 1987. After a long year of exhausting conversation with other companies’, I received a call from home fix, I set an appointment with the sales rep whom spoke with my wife and I, the young was well versed and in tuned with the company, he was also a local and the windows are US made, we spoke on prices for 14 windows and compared to other companies, home fix was right on target. The windows are insulated with real insulation not the foam that crumbles after five years, they are cool to the touch in the summer and warm to the touch in the winter, so far it’s been nice and cozy. I had the windows replaced in December of this year. I will know more about the windows energy savings once I receive my utility bill in two months when its really cold outside.”

He was there to tell me what he could do and cared enough to make sure I understood his product and did not force me to sign a contract. The installers came in and did a great job, very impress with my sliding doors and will be back for my windows.”
